These terms cover your use of bhikshutattoostudio.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not replace anything we agree with you in person about a specific tattoo.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting the form, messaging us on WhatsApp or calling starts a conversation — it does not reserve a date. An appointment is confirmed only once we have agreed a date with you directly and received any deposit we have asked for.

Quotes, deposits and cancellations

Prices depend on size, placement, detail and the artist, and any figure given before we have seen your idea is an estimate. Deposits are taken to hold studio time, are put towards the final price, and are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule at short notice. We will tell you the deposit amount and the notice period before you pay anything.

Our work and your responsibilities

Tattooing is a permanent procedure carried out on healthy skin by trained artists in a sterile environment. You must be of legal age, must not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and must tell us about relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication or pregnancy before we start. Healing depends heavily on aftercare, and we cannot be responsible for results affected by aftercare instructions not being followed.

Images and copyright

The photographs, artwork, designs and text on this site belong to Bhikshu Tattoo Studio and its artists. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media; tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

The site itself

We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but it is provided for general guidance. Portfolio images show past work and are not a guarantee that a particular design, size or healed result can be reproduced on your skin. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
